Export your last ~30 days of LLM usage from your provider, then upload it here:

  • OpenAI: Dashboard → Usage → export.
  • Anthropic: Console → Usage / Cost.
  • OpenRouter: Activity → export.
  • Azure / AWS: Cost & Billing export (filter AI services).
  • ChatGPT Team / Enterprise (seats, not API): workspace Admin → Members → export the member list CSV. OpenAI has no admin API — this export is how we find idle paid seats.
