The rules for using Spendlight™.
Last updated: September 2026. These Terms govern your use of Spendlight™, a product of Myriagon Sdn Bhd.
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Spendlight™ provides an AI cost-governance gateway and dashboard: usage metering, budgets, caching, model routing and reporting for AI API traffic you route through it.
You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity under your account. Keep your password confidential.
You may connect your own AI provider API keys. You are responsible for complying with those providers' terms. We pass your key through to the provider and do not store it.
Do not use the service unlawfully, to infringe rights, to abuse or overload the system, or in breach of any upstream AI provider's terms. We may suspend accounts that do.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually (annual = 2 months free) via our payment provider; prices are in USD and you may pay in local currency. Applicable taxes (e.g. SST) may apply. During testing, no charges are taken.
Savings figures, cost reports and recommendations are estimates for discussion and are not guaranteed outcomes. AI model outputs are produced by third-party providers.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction.
